Galleria 48 is an online store operated via the Shopify platform.

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website, placing orders, entering into sales agreements, delivery, and the rights and obligations of both the customer and the seller.

  • Product – a made-to-order item created based on customer specifications

3. Orders

Orders can be placed online 24/7.

An order is placed by adding a product to the cart, completing checkout, and submitting payment.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

The sales agreement is formed once the order is confirmed by the seller.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency based on the customer’s location (e.g., USD, EUR, PLN) and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Available payment methods are listed on the website.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, changes do not affect orders already placed.

 

5. Production & Delivery

All products are made to order.

Estimated production and delivery time is 4–6 business days.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the custom-made nature of all products, customers do not have the right to cancel or return orders once placed.

7. Claims & Defects

  • The seller is responsible for defective or incorrect products.
