This policy outlines the terms for returns and claims at Galleria 48. All products are made to order based on the specifications selected by the customer.
2. Returns & Order Cancellation
Because all items are custom-made and produced on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This applies to both the United States and European Union, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding personalized and made-to-order goods.
Returns are only accepted in the cases described in Section 3 below.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for any issues related to product quality. You may submit a claim if your item has:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors
- Damage during production or shipping
- Incorrect item received

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
4. Resolution Process
Claims are reviewed within up to 14 days of receiving complete information.
If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Issue a full refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
5. Important Conditions
- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to printing processes and screen differences are not considered defects.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist after confirmation from the shipping carrier.
- We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
6. Final Provisions
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States or the European Union.
